About Me

Colette Miller: I am a retired high school teacher. I am also a portrait artist, singer and aerobatic pilot. My husband's name is Richard, and we have two grown children and two grandchildren. We enjoy traveling and have homes in Southern California and the upper penninsula of Michigan. I have flown for years and presently own a small aerobatic aircraft, a Citabria. My friends and I restored a 1946 Aeronca Champ. Both of these planes are covered in fabric. The plan I am about to build is covered in sheet metal, so this is a whole new experience for me.
